The main characteristics of the goods on sale are expressed in the description of each product, which also shows the final selling price inclusive of taxes. The methods of payment and shipping costs are also expressed in the appropriate sections of the site visible on each page in the top menu. The delivery dates of the goods are subject to change as reported or provided by their respective manufacturers, and any delays are not attributable to us.

MANNER OF PURCHASE
The purchase of the request is processed through the following steps: By sending the order, the customer sends in GIFTMODELS a proposal to purchase the product or products selected. The sending of the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to art. 10 Legislative Decree 206/05) to receive further communications from GIFTMODELS described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. GIFTMODELS confirmation with an e-mail receipt of the order placed by the customer, with the assignment of a'Numero Order Cliente' to be used in any further communication with GIFTMODELS. If you want to cancel the order before it is verified, the customer must immediately notify, by phone at 328.1426662 or send an e-mail to info (at) giftmodels. it

Orders and preorders received which are not followed by payment WITHIN 5 days (unless otherwise agreed in advance) are automatically cancelled. For deferred payment requests, handling fees of 1€/day per individual model are due, starting from the acceptance of deferment until the day of settlement.
About orders containing items that require a deposit, it must be paid the total amount within 7 days of receiving notification of available goods, under penalty of annulment, while the loss of the deposit. We do not keep on hold merchandise confirmed only by a deposit for more than 15 days of its availability. For items in the reservation, the amount of the deposit must be paid within 7 days from the order, under penalty of annulment.
PROMOTIONS: are not cumulative. all discounted products do not enjoy additional discounts (vouchers). Vouchers, loyalty vouchers are valid for up to 1 year from the issue.
DISCOUNTED or promoted products DO NOT INCLUDE replacement and/or assistance, as by the nature of the promotion/discount, they may be discontinued and/or non-repairable/replaceable items. When the consumer is informed in advance of the presence of aesthetic or functional defects that do not compromise the identification or primary use of the product (unless otherwise specified), by completing the purchase, the customer knowingly accepts the condition of the item and acknowledges that they will not be entitled to the legal warranty provided for defect-free goods (Art. 129 et seq. of the Consumer Code). Therefore, no requests for repair, replacement, or return will be accepted for defects known at the time of purchase.For any further clarification, we are available prior to order confirmation.
INVOICE MUST REQUEST AT ORDER. TAX DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER THE DATE OF PAYMENT.
GIFTMODELS will then deliver the product to the courier responsible for carrying out the delivery address indicated. The payment by the customer will be using the method chosen on-line purchase. Each order is intended as irrevocable offer by the customer, it must be considered as accepted by only GIFTMODELS with as evidence of delivery, having the same right to refuse the commission. The customer is responsible for the burdens of inventory costs * and fall merchandise for missed retreats due to the same, for his carelessness, being forewarned by e-mail order and email fulfillment with tracking code directly from the courier delivery charge in advance. It follows that will be undertaken procedures to recover costs against the defaulting customer.
* Calculated inventory costs: opening practice: 10,00Euros + 1,00EUR / kg per day of storage. For returned inventory, they will be calculated the forward and return stroke.
SHIPPING METHODS
The goods always travel at the purchaser's risk, even if sold carriage paid. The vendor is not liable for any damage suffered by the goods during transport, as the same must be contested to the carrier, in writing, within the established terms. The goods are entrusted to the carrier chosen by the sender. In the absence of clear and unequivocal provisions in this regard, the vendor reserves the right to entrust the goods to the most suitable carrier without any liability.
Right of Withdrawal – Article 54‑bis of the Consumer Code (effective from 19 June 2026)
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673 and Legislative Decree No. 209 of 31 December 2025, which introduces the new Article 54‑bis into the Italian Consumer Code, GIFTMODELS provides customers with a dedicated digital withdrawal function, clearly visible and accessible with a single click.
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The withdrawal may be exercised through one of the following method:
- Using the “1‑Click Withdrawal” function available in the customer’s personal account, fully compliant with Article 54‑bis.
The withdrawal request is considered valid if sent within the 14‑day period.
Returning the goods
The customer must return the goods within 14 days from the withdrawal request, preferably using a tracked shipping method, to the following address:

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds
GIFTMODELS will refund all payments related to the purchased products, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. For payments made via PayPal, the refund will be issued net of the non‑recoverable fee retained by the payment provider.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The exclusions provided under Article 59 of the Consumer Code remain applicable, including but not limited to:
- customised or made‑to‑order items;
- sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened;
- goods that may deteriorate rapidly;
- digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once execution has begun;
- items on sale, promotion, or purchased under a “seen & liked” formula.

GUARANTEES
Every product purchased on GIFTMODELS is guaranteed by the manufacturer or the official in Italy. Every product sold also enjoys the legal guarantee of conformity, provided by the Consumer Code Articles. 128 et seq., And is equal to 24months. Submissions, the packaging carefully and transportation risk of defective products to GIFTMODELS or to the manufacturer for warranty repairs are charged to the customer (unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer). GIFTMODELS instead will pay the cost of delivery to the end customer of the repaired product. DISPUTES
Pursuant to Article 66-bis of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the competent court shall be the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
