SHIPPING COSTS

GIFTMODELS.it ship your order worldwide with UPS / DHL / TNT-FedEx.

The shipping cost varies from country to country, and also depends on the weight and volume of the order.

OutsideEU the system charge a basic rate of 2kg (weight/volume ratio) in economy service. It is always advisable to ask us the exact cost of shipping to your country before placing order: we will reply in short time with the correct rate for the economy or express service.

TRANSPORT TIMES

GIFTMODELS.it deliver the purchased products to the courier no later than the legal deadline.

The courier in charge of service, delivery the goods within 2-3days in EU, and in 3-14days WORLDwide, to the customer address. So please take care to indicate correct datas and phone number also. 

 

MODES OF TRANSPORT

To ensure fast and reliable delivery to our customers, the products ordered are shipped via express courier. Our products travel, if possible, in anonymous, strong packaging with adequate protection against impact.

Associated with every order placed there is (and communicated to the customer via an e-mail confirming the departure of the package from our warehouse) a tracking ‘number’. This is an identification number with which it is possible to find out the exact inter-position of the package shipped by monitoring its progress online, in real time, via a link that will be sent by email from the shipper. This information is available online 8 hours after the order has been left our warehouse.

In the event that it is not possible to complete the delivery to the absent recipient, the couriers leave a notice or send an e-mail. The customer can contact the courier's reference branch to arrange a second delivery or to collect the goods at the local-point.

After 10days of storage, we will proceed to recover the debt and charges due.

We shall not be liable, in any way whatsoever, for any additional expenses in the event of storage due to incorrect address, absent destination or other, just as it is the end user's duty to follow the shipment (updated in real time on the courier's site) as soon as tracking appears on the control panel.

Pursuant to Art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the parcel/packaging of the Products must be immediately contested by placing a written control reservation on the proof of delivery. It is understood that, once the delivery document has been signed without contestation, any exception regarding the appearance of what has been delivered shall be precluded.

 In the event that the carrier is chosen other than those proposed at the time of purchase, the risk of damage or deterioration of the Products is transferred to the customer already at the time of delivery to the carrier, precluding any objection relating to the appearance of what is delivered. In this case, all claims must be made directly by the customer to the carrier.

It is MANDATORY to provide a telephone number for routing the shipment.

Otherwise, without a telephone number, the shipment will not be sent.
