Return of goods for assistance

The RMA Procedure is only valid for items purchased from giftmodels and for the duration of the product warranty.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPENING A RMA REQUEST

Send e-mails to giftmodels indicating the problem and the order of reference of the product purchased, and any photos/images of the problem found. Download and fill in this form which will accompany the return of the goods

Received our authorization to return goods, prepare the product, which must be accompanied by its original box or packaging intact and inserted into a suitable packaging and send the material to:

with traceable package including a copy of the authorization received by e-mail/fax

VERIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT IN SERVICE

From the date of receipt of the products, giftmodels will have 10 working days to verify the material and accept or not the complaint under the terms set forth.

Once accepted it will be sent to the manufacturer. Delivery times vary from 20 to 30 working days (the timing is approximate, as the resortment times are dependent on the production schedules of individual manufacturers)

The return authorization (RMA) has a VALIDITY 'LIMITED TO 7 DAYS, term within which the goods must be received at our headquarters, under penalty of cancellation of the RMA and the need to make a new request.

In case of inability to replace the product with another with the same characteristics will be issued discount coupon equal to the amount of goods paid.

The shipping costs of returning goods are charged to the sender, while the costs of returning the replaced goods are charged to giftmodels.
