The products ordered on GIFTMODELS.it are shipped by UPS.
The cost of delivery varies depending on the type of payment made:
EXPRESS (only for Italy) with pre-payment with bank transfer/creditcard/paypal
CASH-ON-DELIVERY (only for Italy)
standard rate + 5% value (min 5,00eur)
shipping INSURANCE (franchise 10% of total value)
standard rate + € 8,00
EUROPE standard 3-5days
Extra-EU will be quoted for each order received (a standard rate will be charged by the system shop, but will be checked after order received)

GIFTMODELS.it deliver the purchased products to the courier no later than the legal deadline.
The courier will then deliver the purchased goods within 72 hours, to the address specified by the customer when ordering.
MANNER OF TRANSPORT
To secure, fast and reliable deliveries to their customers, the products ordered are shipped by express courier UPS. Our products travel, if possible, of anonymous and resistant packaging with adequate protection against impacts.
Associated with each order placed is present (and communicated to the customer via an e-mail confirming your departure of the parcel from our warehouse) a "number" tracking. It is an identification number with which you can learn the exact inter-position of the package sent by monitoring his online course, in real time, via a link that will be sent by mail by courier delivery charge. This information is available online after 8 hours after the order.
Should it not be possible to complete the delivery to the addressee is absent, the couriers leave a warning or send an e-mail message. Then the recipient can contact the reference branch of the courier to arrange for a second delivery or to pick up the goods at the same venue of the courier.
After ten days of storage we will proceed to the recovery of the credit and of charges due.

Under Article. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the parcel / package of the Products must be immediately claimed by the application of a control written reservation on the proof of delivery. It is understood that, once signed the delivery document without objection, it will be precluded any exception regarding the appearance of what was delivered.
In the event that the carrier has been chosen from outside of those proposed during the purchase, the risk of damage or of deterioration of the Products is transferred to the customer as early as the time of delivery to the carrier, precluding any challenge relating to the appearance of what it was delivered. In this case, all claims must be moved directly from the client to the carrier.
it is MANDATORY to provide a telephone number for the shipment to be routed. Otherwise, without a telephone number, the shipment will not be sent. The obligation to indicate falls on the customer, who must provide this information, in the absence of which the shipment will be put in stand-by until the communication of the same. We will no longer look for customers who do not provide telephone number, as this data is essential for the processing and facilitation of final delivery for several years now.
Pick-up on warehouse
Alternatively the products ordered can be picked up for FREE, BY APPOINTMENT, at our warehouse in Via Molino, 32 – ALTISSIMO VICENZA, on days: MONDAY - TUESDAY - WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY and SATURDAY from 10:30 to 19:00. Payment can be made in cash, or credit card.
International shipment costs will be quoted individually to order received.
